FREE Breakfast Club at the Tove Valley Centre

At Tove Valley Baptist Fellowship, we realise how challenging the COVID-19 pandemic has been for families, whether financial, emotional or simply dealing with bored and confined children. We hope that our Breakfast Club, that is available to any family with children or young people under 18 years, Monday to Friday from 8.30 to 10.30 during school holidays, will help in some small way. Children aged 8 years or under to be accompanied by an adult please.

The first Breakfast Club will be during the Easter School Holidays Monday 29th March to Friday 9th April 2021. In order to keep everyone safe, this Breakfast Club will be a take-away service. All of the usual COVID precautions will be in place, so please wear a mask, observe the one-way system, maintain a 2-metre distance from others and apply hand gel on arrival at the servery.

There will be a variety of breakfast bars, fruit juice, cheeses and so on for children and young people to choose from and take home in a paper bag that will be provided. Accompanying adults will be offered a take-away tea/coffee and pastry. Children and young people will also be offered craft and other activities to take home and enjoy.

Some useful information will be available about other support services for families that can be accessed online and locally. We would be happy to offer our support to make use of such services too.
